How it Works
BOOKING PROCESS
Contact us to enquire about an event date. If the date is available, we will email you a booking form to complete and request a $100 deposit via bank transfer to confirm the event.
Please ensure you read the Terms & Conditions that are sent with the booking form.
Full payment is required no later than 7 days before the booking.
YOUR EVENT
The total booking cost must be paid no later than 7 days before your event via bank transfer.
We will drop off and set up the equipment at a time agreed during the booking process (earliest set up time is 8am subject to availability). Depending on the type of booking, set up can take anywhere between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
We will provide instruction on how to operate the equipment and ensure it is fully operational before we depart.
All outdoor cinema systems work only after sunset.
COLLECTION
We will dismantle and collect the equipment at a time agreed during the booking process (latest collection time is generally 10am next day).
After collection we will test the equipment to make sure no damage has been caused (excluding fair wear and tear).
